Can you play Mistfall Hunter solo?
Yes. Expeditions support solo play or three-player cooperative squads. At launch some maps and parts of the main quest were locked behind squad mode, but a dedicated solo mode for the Brandrgarde map is planned for Season 1. If you want a pure solo experience, waiting for that update is reasonable.
Does it have crossplay?
Yes — full cross-platform matchmaking across PC (Steam), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, so your squad does not need the same store or console.
What classes are there?
Six at launch: Mercenary (melee bruiser), Sorcerer (ranged magic), Blackarrow (ranged archer), Shadowstrix (stealth assassin), Seer (support/healer), and Withered Knight (crowd-control specialist). Each swaps between two weapon stances mid-fight.
Is it on Game Pass?
Yes — Day One on both Xbox and PC Game Pass (Play Anywhere), so subscribers play the base game free. It also sells for USD 24.99 (a 10% launch discount to USD 22.49 ran through August 12, 2026). In-game purchases are cosmetic-only, with no pay-to-win.
Will my PC run it?
Minimum is a GTX 1060 / RX 580 with 12 GB RAM and a 45 GB SSD install; recommended is an RTX 2070 / RX 5700 XT with 16 GB. See the System Requirements page.
